Anise powder

You may use Tufan Anise seed in sauces made with olive oil, mustard and vinegar, green salads steamed and boiled dishes(i.e carrot, potatoes, zucchini), carrot dishes, some cremas, spicy bakeries, cookies, pretzels and biscuits.
