The cartridge element is a web of nonwoven material that is folded like an accordion and laid in the form of a cylinder. Recommended frequency of cartridge change is every two to three weeks. Replacement procedure: Switch off the pump and shut off the water flow. Unscrew the filter cover after relieving the water pressure. Take out the used cartridge together with a plastic bag (if any). Wash filter bag and filter housing, wipe off water and dry surfaces. Install a new cartridge, assemble the filter.
