Our company is authorized by the Federal Customs Service (FCS) for international freight traffic in which foreign goods are transported through the customs territory of the Customs Union without paying customs duties.
Trans-Group SPb has been entered by the FCS into the register of customs carriers and the company has been issued a certificate of its inclusion in this register.
One of the unique possibilities of a customs carrier is the ability to transport goods in transit mode, before paying the customs duties and fees due.
The main conditions that must be met by the transport company for inclusion in the register of customs carriers:
* general form of taxation;
* implementation of international transport of goods for at least 2 years;
* own fleet of vehicles approved for international transport;
* provision in the FCS of security for the payment of customs duties in the amount of at least 200'000 Euro.
There are alternative ways to transport goods that have not been cleared by customs:
* carriage by Carnet TIR (TIR Carnet, international road traffic);
* provision of a guarantee from the recipient (this means the payment of customs payments before transportation);
* guarantee from the insurance company;
* bank guarantee.
Cases that require the services of a customs carrier:
* the amount of customs payments of goods exceeds the guarantee on the TIR Carnet;
* The specificity of the cargo requires to follow the customs escort;
* customs authorities require guarantees of customs payments;
* transportation of several lots of goods, delivery addresses of which are located in different customs.
