Description
Our company produces flexible packaging based on various film materials, both with surface and interlayer printing (duplexes and triplexes).
For packaging frozen products (dumplings and dumplings, fruits, berries and vegetables, pancakes and mushrooms), a packaging material such as PET + PE or BOPP + PE is often used. These types of composites have good barrier properties, ensure the strength of the welded seam, and are resistant to oxygen and water condensation penetration.
For packaging ice cream, as a rule, one-layer materials based on BOPP films are used - these are transparent, white, pearl and metallized films. This composition has good gas tightness and high resistance to low temperatures. The use of metallized films enhances the aesthetics and attractiveness of the product.
The most common type of laminated packaging is a composition of two layers of BOPP films or BOPP + CAST (CPP). Such packaging is sealed and reliable, ideal for packaging groceries and bulk products.
Sometimes for packaging chemical products (fertilizers, washing powders, etc.), not only the strength of the packaging is important, but also the resistance to the effects of chemically active substances. In this case, laminates are used, which include coextrusion films based on polyamide.
For some products, the main criterion is moisture protection. In this case, it is recommended to use three-layer packaging (triplex) based on PET (lavsan), aluminum foil and PE. Such packaging will reliably protect against the ingress of water condensate, the penetration of foreign odors, and UV rays.
