Asphalt distributor on MAN chassis

This equipment V-10.0 m3 is installed on the frame of MAN, as well as any other chassis with the appropriate capacity and mounting length of the frame. The equipment of the road sprayer is intended for the distribution of the binding material (bitumen, emulsion) during the construction and repair of the road surface. Technological operations of the auto-impactor: • transportation of binder to the place of work • uniform distribution of the binder over the surface of the web • self-filling and emptying the tank with a bitumen pump • pumping from another tank to another bypassing the tank. • circulation of the binder inside the tank and distributor, which prevents its freezing • heating and maintaining the temperature of the binder inside the tank • sanitation of seams and cracks during patching and maintenance of roads in the summer. This autodrunner has a number of significant differences from analogues of other manufacturers: • shortened bitumen communication, which eliminates the risk of freezing of the binder inside the communications • round container, thanks to this, it was possible to lower the fire tubes as much as possible downwards and to use the maximum working volume of the binder (minimum level of technological residue) • the distributor is made of solid non-welded pipe (there are no weak points in the form of seams) • the N-004 bitumen pump is installed (unlike the DS-125, it can be heated with an open flame, it weighs less and has less pressure on the hydraulics) • thermal insulation with basalt foiled fiber allows to reduce the thickness of the heat insulating layer up to 50 mm • 1.0 mm steel cladding is more resistant to environmental influences and longer preserves the appearance of the container The equipment is a circular insulated container with thermally insulated basalt foiled fiber and sheathed with a steel sheet of 1.0 mm mounted on a frame and installed both on the chassis and in the body of a dump truck. Inside the tank there is a heat pipe with a diesel burner for heating and maintaining the temperature of the binder. Pouring knitting on the surface is provided by the distributor of the circulation type with shut-off nozzles. For the rehabilitation of joints and cracks there is a manual distributor with its own valves. The equipment is driven (bituminous pump, lift-down of the distributor, opening-closing of the nozzles and control of bitumen cranes) is carried out by means of hydraulics with control through the hydraulic distributor with solenoid valves from the driver-operator cab. The power take-off for the hydraulic system can be carried out from the gearbox of the base vehicle according to the scheme KPP-KOM-pump NS-hydrodistributor-hydraulic motor / hydraulic cylinder (as an alternative option, installation of an autonomous power unit is possible). Existence of viewing platforms provides faster and comfortable service, survey and repair of the equipment.
