Ignition and signaling device ZSU-PI-60

Universal ignition-signaling device designed for ignition of fuel oil and gas burners boilers of any capacity working both under boost and under vacuum and with balanced traction. Copyright is protected by RF patent. From previous designs has a more powerful torch and the torch steady, reliable ignition at various pressure regimes of the gas dilution and pressurization in the furnace. The presence of ejectors on the end cut of the pilot light allows to avoid glitches flame and combustion inside the pilot light according to the settings in the boiler furnace for combustion and igniting the pilot light. Without air supply the pilot light is functional when the pressure in the furnace to 300 PA. The presence of fire lanes increases the active portion of the flame and makes it more resistant to separation. Many elements of the pilot light made of heat-resistant stainless steel, which gives the stability and reliability of the pilot light. The design allows without disassembly of the igniter to produce for inspection, cleaning and repair of internal parts by loosening the retaining nut.
